VOLTAGE PARK DATA CENTERS

Voltage Park data centers.
What public records show.

Voltage Park, now merged with Lightning AI, says it runs about 36,000 GPUs in six US data centers across four states. It publishes no megawatt figure and does not name its cities. We found public records for two Washington sites.

SITES CHECKED OCTOBER 5, 2026

2 Voltage Park sites.
2 public records.

Each site sits at the highest stage a record supports. Announced megawatts are shown beside the records, never added to them. A missing record does not mean a site is behind. Many counties publish nothing online.

Site identified

Why this stage: A state environmental review record names the Centeris Voltage Park infrastructure upgrades at 1023 39th Ave SE. City construction permits for the same work appear in the city portal's search listings, but the portal blocks automated reading, so we do not rely on them.

Unverified: not found in online records
  • City permits for the work appear in search listings but could not be opened. The city portal blocks automated access.
  • No air agency approval for the ten new generators was found online.
  • No utility service or energization record was found.
  • The landlord listed the campus for sale in October 2025, describing 24 MW of critical load across the whole site. That is a landlord figure, not Voltage Park capacity.

Quincy, Grant County, WA

H5 Data Centers Quincy

Announced

Why this stage: No government record names Voltage Park at Quincy. The state approved the landlord's 18 MW expansion and added generators in 2024, but that order names no tenant.

BEFORE YOU SIGN

Ask which site
backs your quote.

Company totals do not tell you whether your allocation is live. These questions tie a proposal to a site you can check.

  1. Which of the six data centers will host my cluster, and who is the landlord?
  2. How many megawatts are available to Voltage Park at that site today, and how much is already in use?
  3. Has the merger with Lightning AI changed which entity signs my contract or supports my cluster?
  4. What happens to my payment and commitment if the hall is not ready on the date in my order?

Notes on these records

  • Voltage Park merged with Lightning AI in January 2026.
  • Voltage Park's own pages disagree on fleet size. The homepage says 36,000 GPUs and an infrastructure page still says 24,000 H100 GPUs.
  • Voltage Park does not publish its city list. The cities above come from trade press and job postings.
