TIERPOINT DATA CENTERS

TierPoint data centers.
What public records show.

TierPoint is a privately held data center operator and publishes no company-wide megawatt figure. It owns its TekPark campus near Allentown, Pennsylvania, where state regulators approved new power lines in August 2026 for a customer load of about 100 MW. Its newer AI-marketed buildings in St. Louis and Fort Worth have building permits, but no utility approval record was found.

15 public records.

Each site sits at the highest stage a record supports. Announced megawatts are shown beside the records, never added to them. A missing record does not mean a site is behind. Many counties publish nothing online.

Why this stage: The township's August 2026 minutes describe the new substation as supporting existing data center operations at 9999 Hamilton Boulevard. For the 100 MW expansion, the Pennsylvania PUC approved PPL's new lines on August 6, 2026, to serve a customer final load of about 100 MW. That expansion power is approved but not yet energized.

BEFORE YOU SIGN

Ask which site
backs your quote.

Company totals do not tell you whether your allocation is live. These questions tie a proposal to a site you can check.

  1. Which building and hall would host my GPUs: the existing TekPark data center, the TekPark expansion, St. Louis Locust, Fort Worth, or another site?
  2. TierPoint targets the TekPark 100 MW power expansion for the second half of 2026. PPL's approved line work lists in-service dates of April and June 2027. When will power for my capacity actually be live?
  3. What rack density and liquid cooling is installed today in the hall you are quoting, and what is still planned?
  4. What happens to my payment and commitment if power or the hall is delivered late?

Notes on these records

  • TierPoint is private. Its ABS issuer entities file ABS-15G reports with the SEC, but no SEC filing found states TierPoint site megawatts or energization.
  • TierPoint is a colocation operator, not a GPU cloud. GPU capacity in its buildings belongs to tenants such as Boost Run.
  • At TekPark, approved power and TierPoint's timing differ. PPL lists 2027 in-service dates for a load TierPoint says will be ready in the second half of 2026.
