TENSORWAVE DATA CENTERS

TensorWave data centers.
What public records show.

In a funding announcement, TensorWave says it has 8,192 AMD MI325X GPUs online and more than 2 GW of long-term capacity secured. It names no megawatt split by site. Its Tucson site has county occupancy certificates. Its largest planned site, a 222 MW lease in Texas, has not yet taken effect.

Each site sits at the highest stage a record supports. Announced megawatts are shown beside the records, never added to them. A missing record does not mean a site is behind. Many counties publish nothing online.

Other TensorWave sites.

These sites are named by the company or its partners. We have not yet checked their public records.

  • Florida data centerFlorida

An option for two more buildings would bring the lease to 650 MW. Not exercised.

BEFORE YOU SIGN

Ask which site
backs your quote.

Company totals do not tell you whether your allocation is live. These questions tie a proposal to a site you can check.

  1. Which site will host my cluster: Tucson, Pennsylvania, Florida or the Texas campus?
  2. If it is the Texas campus, has the lease with Fermi closed? Its closing date was extended to October 31, 2026, and delivery begins no earlier than late 2027.
  3. In Tucson, which data hall and how many megawatts are allocated to TensorWave customers today?
  4. What happens to my payment and commitment if the site I am quoted on does not open on time?

Notes on these records

  • TensorWave says it has secured more than 2 GW of long-term capacity. Trade press the same day reported 500 MW of signed leases, most not yet online. The two figures are not reconciled.
  • TensorWave's headquarters is in Las Vegas. No record ties it to a Nevada data center.
