STN DATA CENTERS

STN data centers.
What public records show.

STN is privately held and publishes no company-wide megawatt figure. Its GPU One cloud runs in three leased CoreSite buildings in Chicago, Los Angeles and Santa Clara. The landlord records are solid, but none of them names STN, and the 1,536 B200 GPUs in Chicago are tied to STN only by CoreSite and STN statements.

SITES CHECKED OCTOBER 5, 2026

3 STN sites.
14 public records.

Each site sits at the highest stage a record supports. Announced megawatts are shown beside the records, never added to them. A missing record does not mean a site is behind. Many counties publish nothing online.

NOT YET CHECKED

Other STN sites.

These sites are named by the company or its partners. We have not yet checked their public records.

  • Project LandmanWest Texas, county not disclosed

STN's page describes a 1.6 GW campus with a 400 MW initial deployment. It names no county, site, landowner or power source, so no record could be searched.

  • GPU One planned sitesMissouri and South Carolina

Listed by STN as under development. No city, building or partner is named.

  • Denver colocationDenver, CO

STN's CEO wrote that STN expanded into Denver colocation. STN does not list Denver as a GPU One location.

BEFORE YOU SIGN

Ask which site
backs your quote.

Company totals do not tell you whether your allocation is live. These questions tie a proposal to a site you can check.

  1. Which site will host my allocation: CoreSite CH2 in Chicago, LA1 in Los Angeles, or SV7 in Santa Clara?
  2. CoreSite describes the Chicago cluster as 1,536 B200 GPUs supporting Skild AI. How much of it is free for a new customer, and when?
  3. How much power does STN hold under contract at each site? Only Chicago has a public figure, 2.4 MW, from a CoreSite blog.
  4. Which of the planned Missouri, South Carolina and Texas sites, including Project Landman, has a signed site or any government approval?

Notes on these records

  • STN is private and does not file with the SEC. CoreSite's parent, American Tower, files, but its filings do not mention STN.
  • STN's 2026 strategy post says it operates four sites, all in colocation space from other providers.
  • STN's Skild AI page cites a CoreSite data center of 10MW+. That describes the building, not STN's share.
