OVHCLOUD DATA CENTERS

OVHcloud data centers.
What public records show.

OVHcloud is listed on Euronext Paris and files no SEC reports. It owns and runs two US data centers, in Vint Hill, Virginia and Hillsboro, Oregon, through US subsidiaries. Both have government records, and its 2025 annual filing reports 39 GWh and 17 GWh of energy use at the two sites, but no record states a megawatt figure.

SITES CHECKED OCTOBER 5, 2026

2 OVHcloud sites.
11 public records.

Each site sits at the highest stage a record supports. Announced megawatts are shown beside the records, never added to them. A missing record does not mean a site is behind. Many counties publish nothing online.

Warrenton (Vint Hill), Fauquier County, VA

OVHcloud Vint Hill data center (VIN)

Operating

Why this stage: A county permit for the Phase 1 data center build-out reached certificate of occupancy status in April 2019, and OVHcloud's FY2025 annual filing reports 39 GWh of energy use at Vint Hill. County permits from 2024 to 2026 show more power lineups, generators and server rows being added inside the existing building. No utility record or megawatt figure was found.

BEFORE YOU SIGN

Ask which site
backs your quote.

Company totals do not tell you whether your allocation is live. These questions tie a proposal to a site you can check.

  1. Which US region will host my GPUs: Vint Hill (us-east-vin), Hillsboro (us-west-hil), or a Local Zone?
  2. The OVHcloud US public catalog lists L4, L40S and V100S GPUs, not H100 or H200. Can you deliver H100 or newer in a US region, and from which building?
  3. Vint Hill has permits from 2025 and 2026 for new power lineups and new server rows. Is the capacity for my order in rows that are energized today?
  4. Is the planned second Vint Hill building on the adjacent land scheduled, and will any of it hold GPU capacity?

Notes on these records

  • OVHcloud is not SEC-registered. Its annual Universal Registration Document is filed in France. It reports energy use per site, not megawatts. As our own arithmetic only, 39 GWh and 17 GWh a year average about 4.5 MW and 1.9 MW of total facility draw.
  • On GPUs in the US, the OVHcloud US GPU page lists V100S, L4 and L40S. Its public US catalog lists L4 and L40S cloud instances and an L40S bare metal server, and no H100, H200 or A100. Group filings mention H100 and A100, but OVHcloud US runs separately from the group.
  • The Virginia air permit names Data Center Vint Hill LLC, not OVHcloud. OVHcloud's annual filing confirms it owns that entity, and a 2024 county permit names OVH Data Center Vint Hill LLC.
