NEBIUS DATA CENTERS

Nebius data centers.
What public records show.

Nebius reported about 170 MW of active power at the end of 2025 and more than 3.5 GW contracted by May 2026. It expects 800 MW to 1 GW connected by the end of 2026. We checked four US sites. Two are owned campuses still under construction.

Each site sits at the highest stage a record supports. Announced megawatts are shown beside the records, never added to them. A missing record does not mean a site is behind. Many counties publish nothing online.

BEFORE YOU SIGN

Ask which site
backs your quote.

Company totals do not tell you whether your allocation is live. These questions tie a proposal to a site you can check.

  1. Which site hosts my cluster? Vineland serves Microsoft under a five-year contract, and the Independence and Birmingham campuses are expected online in 2027.
  2. At Vineland, how is the building powered today, and has the landlord's state air permit issue been resolved?
  3. At Independence, does the date in my order match the city utility's supply schedule? Council minutes put the new power plant online in June 2027.
  4. What happens to my payment and commitment if delivery slips?

Notes on these records

  • The latest active power figure Nebius has published is about 170 MW at December 31, 2025. Its 2026 letters give guidance of 800 MW to 1 GW connected by year end, but no newer actual figure.
  • Nebius expects 5 GW of contracted power by the end of 2026. The latest stated actual is more than 3.5 GW as of May 13, 2026.
  • At Vineland, Nebius's SEC filings describe Microsoft capacity delivered since November 2025, while its community page says the AI factory is expected to be operational by 2027. Both are shown as stated.
  • The New Jersey order is against the landlord, DataOne, not Nebius.
