LAMBDA DATA CENTERS

Lambda data centers.
What public records show.

Lambda is privately held and publishes no total megawatt figure. We checked four US sites named by Lambda or its landlords. An SEC filing shows one delivered, two have permits or construction records, and one is announced only.

SITES CHECKED OCTOBER 5, 2026

4 Lambda sites.
14 public records.

Each site sits at the highest stage a record supports. Announced megawatts are shown beside the records, never added to them. A missing record does not mean a site is behind. Many counties publish nothing online.

Vernon, Los Angeles County, CA

Prime Data Centers LAX01

Operating

Why this stage: Per SEC filing. Supermicro's fiscal 2026 annual report says all three tranches of the 21 MW lease commenced by August 15, 2025, and the whole space is subleased to Lambda. That shows the landlord delivered the space. It does not by itself show which GPUs are running there.

Owner or developer

MidAmerica Industrial Park data center

Announced

Why this stage: No government approval tying Lambda to a parcel was found. The industrial park's own statement says Lambda will buy land and that the power authority's load study found capacity, but no board approval, power contract or permit naming Lambda is posted online.

BEFORE YOU SIGN

Ask which site
backs your quote.

Company totals do not tell you whether your allocation is live. These questions tie a proposal to a site you can check.

  1. Which site and data hall will host my cluster: Kansas City, Plano, Vernon, or another location?
  2. If it is Kansas City, is the building on full utility power today, and has the city issued a certificate of occupancy?
  3. If it is Plano, which 9 MW block of DFW-04 is assigned to my cluster, and when was it delivered?
  4. What happens to my payment and commitment if the hall is not ready on the date in my order?

Notes on these records

  • Lambda has filed no registration statement with the SEC. Its only public SEC filings are Form D notices from 2022 and 2024.
  • Some coverage says Lambda runs 15 US data centers. We could not find that figure on Lambda's current website.
  • Lambda's October 1, 2026 financing announcement refers to three committed customer deployments across multiple data centers. It names no sites and no megawatts.
  • At Vernon, the tranche sizes in the 2024 service order differ from those in the 2026 annual report. Both total 21 MW.
