BEFORE YOU SIGN

Ask which site
backs your quote.

Company totals do not tell you whether your allocation is live. These questions tie a proposal to a site you can check.

  1. Which campus and hall will host my cluster? The four Horizon halls at Childress are contracted to Microsoft.
  2. Has that hall been delivered, or is it one still being converted from bitcoin mining?
  3. If my capacity is at Sweetwater, what delivery date is in my order? IREN targets Q4 2027 for the first 300 MW there.
  4. What happens to my payment and commitment if equipment delays push delivery back?

Notes on these records

  • IREN says it aims to substantially complete its move from bitcoin mining to AI cloud by December 31, 2026. Mining capacity and AI cloud capacity are reported separately and are not added together here.
  • IREN's 10-K says supply chain issues have in the past delayed equipment needed to deliver Horizon 1 to Microsoft. Horizon 1 was delivered and accepted in August 2026.
  • IREN also reports a separate five-year, $3.4 billion AI cloud contract with an unnamed customer, deployed at Childress, with commissioning targeted for early 2027.
  • A separate developer has registered large data center buildings on County Road 23 in Childress under the name Project Hyper. The owners are not IREN entities, and we do not attribute them to IREN.
