GMI CLOUD DATA CENTERS

GMI Cloud data centers.
What public records show.

GMI Cloud is privately held and publishes no company-wide megawatt figure in any SEC filing. Its only named US GPU region is a Colorado data center, labeled us-denver-1 in its API docs, and it has never named the building or landlord. No government record found online ties GMI Cloud to a US site. Its largest disclosed builds are in Taiwan and Japan.

1 GMI Cloud site.
No public records.

Each site sits at the highest stage a record supports. Announced megawatts are shown beside the records, never added to them. A missing record does not mean a site is behind. Many counties publish nothing online.

BEFORE YOU SIGN

Ask which site
backs your quote.

Company totals do not tell you whether your allocation is live. These questions tie a proposal to a site you can check.

  1. Which building and landlord host the us-denver-1 region, and how many megawatts in it are yours?
  2. Where will the planned 50 MW US data center be, and is there a signed lease or power agreement yet?
  3. Will my cluster run in the US, or in Taiwan, Thailand or Japan? Most of the capacity GMI Cloud has disclosed is outside the US.
  4. What happens to my payment and commitment if delivery slips, given the build-out is funded partly by a $445 million credit facility?

Notes on these records

  • GMI Cloud is private. It files nothing with the SEC, and no public landlord filing names it at a US site.
  • GMI Cloud states more than 30,000 GPUs deployed company-wide on its website. This is a marketing figure with no regional split or megawatts.
  • In September 2026 GMI Cloud announced $668 million in new financing, $223 million in equity and a $445 million credit facility, to expand capacity in the US, Taiwan and APAC. No US site was named.
  • Most of GMI Cloud's disclosed megawatts are outside the US. A buyer who needs US capacity should ask for the Colorado building, landlord and contracted power in writing.
