DIGITALOCEAN DATA CENTERS

DigitalOcean data centers.
What public records show.

DigitalOcean is public and reports about 155 MW of committed data center capacity in SEC filings, but it does not say how much is live or name its landlords. Its Atlanta GPU site sits in a Flexential building with state air permits for backup generators. Its three 2026 sites in Richmond, Kansas City and Memphis have no landlord or government record that we could find online.

SITES CHECKED OCTOBER 5, 2026

4 DigitalOcean sites.
6 public records.

Each site sits at the highest stage a record supports. Announced megawatts are shown beside the records, never added to them. A missing record does not mean a site is behind. Many counties publish nothing online.

Douglasville, Douglas County, GA

ATL1 at Flexential Atlanta-Douglasville

Permitted

Why this stage: Georgia issued the landlord, Flexential, air permits for backup generators at the campus in 2025 and 2026. They do not name DigitalOcean. DigitalOcean's annual report says it leases data centers in the Atlanta area but does not name this site or say it is energized, so we do not count it as an operating record.

BEFORE YOU SIGN

Ask which site
backs your quote.

Company totals do not tell you whether your allocation is live. These questions tie a proposal to a site you can check.

  1. Which region will host my GPUs: Atlanta, Richmond, Kansas City or Memphis? Who is the landlord there?
  2. Of the 155 MW committed, how many megawatts are energized and serving customers today, and how much of that is at my site?
  3. Is my capacity on contract or on spot? Several new regions list B300 and MI350X or MI355X GPUs only as spot or contract.
  4. If capacity in a new region slips, can my commitment move to another region, and on what terms?

Notes on these records

  • DigitalOcean is public (NYSE: DOCN). Its SEC filings give totals, not sites: about 155 MW committed, and $2,759.3 million of data center colocation leases not yet commenced as of June 30, 2026, starting between July 2026 and June 2028.
  • No SEC filing states how many megawatts are energized today, or names a landlord for any GPU site.
  • DigitalOcean said 31 MW would come online in 2026 across three facilities. Its earnings calls say Richmond launched in Q1 2026 and Kansas City in Q2 2026. Those are company statements, not government or SEC records.
