DENVR DATAWORKS DATA CENTERS

Denvr Dataworks data centers.
What public records show.

Denvr Dataworks is a private Calgary company and publishes no company-wide megawatt figure. Its only documented US region is Houston. A Texas tax record places Denvr at DataBank's HOU2 building on Westway Park Blvd, an operating data center where a 6 MW expansion was registered in 2026 that names no tenant.

SITES CHECKED OCTOBER 5, 2026

1 Denvr Dataworks site.
5 public records.

Each site sits at the highest stage a record supports. Announced megawatts are shown beside the records, never added to them. A missing record does not mean a site is behind. Many counties publish nothing online.

DataBank HOU2 (Westway Park II), formerly CyrusOne Houston West II

Operating

Why this stage: The building is an operating data center. CyrusOne's FY2021 10-K lists Houston West II as a stabilized property with 12 MW of critical load, and TCEQ shows an active generator registration now held by DataBank. These records predate Denvr or name no tenant. The only record naming Denvr at the address is a Texas sales tax permit.

Owner or developer
DataBank, through owner entity Data Center Houston, LLC, which lists DataBank's Dallas headquarters address. CyrusOne owned the building until the 2022 sale.
Denvr Dataworks's role
Tenant at the address, per a Texas sales tax permit. The lease type is not stated in any record.

Unverified: not found in online records
  • No record states Denvr's megawatts, GPU count or data hall at this building.
  • The link between Denvr's HOU1 region and this address rests on a sales tax permit outlet, not a lease or a Denvr statement.
  • The 2026 TDLR expansion names no tenant. It is unknown whether any of the 6 MW is for Denvr.
  • No utility or grid record for the site was found online.
  • Sources disagree on where Denvr's 1,024-GPU H100 cluster sits. Denvr's docs list H100 nodes only in Houston.

BEFORE YOU SIGN

Ask which site
backs your quote.

Company totals do not tell you whether your allocation is live. These questions tie a proposal to a site you can check.

  1. Will my capacity run in Houston (HOU1) or Calgary (MSC1), and which GPU models sit in each?
  2. Is HOU1 inside DataBank's HOU2 building at 5170 Westway Park Blvd, and how many megawatts does Denvr hold there today?
  3. Does the 6 MW HOU2 expansion registered with Texas in June 2026 include capacity for Denvr?
  4. B200 is listed as pre-selling. Which site will host it, and what happens to my commitment if delivery slips?

Notes on these records

  • Denvr is private and files nothing with the SEC. Its Houston landlord DataBank is also private. CyrusOne went private in 2022, so its FY2021 10-K is the last SEC statement on the building.
  • Houston West II is tied to 5170 Westway Park Blvd by the 2015 TDLR record for CyrusOne Building #2 at that address and by TCEQ, which lists CyrusOne and DataBank as owner-operators of the same regulated entity.
  • The lead that Denvr has other US sites, or immersion cooled or modular deployments in the US, was not confirmed by any record. Immersion cooling is described for Calgary only.
