CRUSOE DATA CENTERS

Crusoe data centers.
What public records show.

In a funding announcement, Crusoe reports more than 6 GW of gross contracted capacity and 1 GW delivered and operational. Its largest US campuses are built for Oracle, Microsoft and Google. They show Crusoe's ability to build, not capacity a Crusoe Cloud customer can rent. We checked four US sites.

SITES CHECKED OCTOBER 5, 2026

4 Crusoe sites.
18 public records.

Each site sits at the highest stage a record supports. Announced megawatts are shown beside the records, never added to them. A missing record does not mean a site is behind. Many counties publish nothing online.

BEFORE YOU SIGN

Ask which site
backs your quote.

Company totals do not tell you whether your allocation is live. These questions tie a proposal to a site you can check.

  1. Is my capacity on Crusoe Cloud, or in a campus Crusoe built for another company? Abilene, the second Abilene campus and Goodnight are built for Oracle, Microsoft and Google.
  2. Which site hosts the Crusoe Cloud capacity in my quote, and when was it energized?
  3. If the site runs on on-site or net-metered power, what are the curtailment terms? The Goodnight campus must disconnect within 30 minutes when the grid operator calls an emergency.
  4. What happens to my payment and commitment if delivery slips?

Notes on these records

  • Crusoe's company totals come from a funding announcement, not an SEC filing, so they are not shown as a headline figure: 1 GW delivered and operational, and more than 6 GW of gross contracted capacity, as of September 2026.
  • Crusoe's September 2026 figures are gross and the release does not define gross. An earlier June 2026 release gave 4.9 GW contracted and a pipeline above 40 GW. Site figures are not added to these totals.
  • Crusoe is privately held and files no SEC reports. The Abilene delivery record comes from a filing by the Blue Owl trust that owns most of Buildings 1 and 2.
  • Texas TDLR registrations are accessibility plan reviews filed before construction, with owner-estimated costs. They show a building is planned or underway. They are not certificates of occupancy.
