COREWEAVE DATA CENTERS

CoreWeave data centers.
What public records show.

CoreWeave reported 1.5 GW of active power on June 30, 2026, and about 4.2 GW contracted by August 11. Much of its newest US capacity sits on campuses owned by landlords that file with the SEC. We checked six US sites.

25 public records.

Each site sits at the highest stage a record supports. Announced megawatts are shown beside the records, never added to them. A missing record does not mean a site is behind. Many counties publish nothing online.

BEFORE YOU SIGN

Ask which site
backs your quote.

Company totals do not tell you whether your allocation is live. These questions tie a proposal to a site you can check.

  1. Which campus and building will host my cluster? Much of CoreWeave's new capacity is in landlord campuses such as Helios, Polaris Forge 1 and Denton.
  2. Has the landlord already delivered that hall, or is it in a later phase? At Helios, Phase II rent starts in Q2 2027 and Phase III in 2028.
  3. If my capacity is at Kenilworth or Lancaster, what completion date is in my order? Press reports point to 2027 for both.
  4. What happens to my payment and commitment if the landlord delivers the hall late?

Notes on these records

  • CoreWeave's headline figures are company-wide and include non-US sites. CoreWeave does not say whether active power means critical IT or gross power. Most landlord figures are critical IT. Site figures should not be added up and compared to the company total.
  • Four of the six sites reach the operating stage on landlord SEC filings, not government records. We found no certificate of occupancy, operating air permit or utility energization record online for any of them.
  • Air permits for emergency backup generators count as evidence of a permitted site, not secured power. They cover backup units limited to emergency and testing hours.
  • CoreWeave's proposed acquisition of Core Scientific ended after Core Scientific stockholders voted against it on October 30, 2025. Core Scientific remains the landlord at Denton and Muskogee.
